How easy is it to print the pages of a document to the correct trays for any attached printer?
Not at all easy in fact - if you pre-set the document for certain trays then that will only work with a certain printer.
Users need to be able to select trays at Print time where they select the required printer and then see the trays that are installed on that printer so that they can select fron them. Word does not provide for that.
Here is our print solution - and while we are at it we'll add Watermark capabilities.
We can take this one stage further by having an ini file which specifes the Headed and Plain trays for every printer and then the user can just selects the option for Headed or Plain and the macro will do the rest.
